Mercur Marketplace ("we", "us", or "our") operates an online marketplace that connects buyers with independent sellers. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through our website and mobile app, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

By creating an account or otherwise using Mercur Marketplace, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Account information — name, email address, phone number, and password (or, if you sign in with Google or Apple, the name and verified email those providers share with us).

Order information — shipping address, billing address, items purchased, order history, and communications with sellers or customer support.

Payment information — payment card or bank details are collected and processed directly by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers on our own servers.

Device and usage information — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, app version, and how you interact with our website and app, collected automatically via cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).

Push notification tokens — if you enable notifications in our mobile app, we store a device token used to send you order updates and offers.

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account, and authenticate you (including via Google/Apple sign-in)
• Process and fulfil orders, including sharing necessary details with the relevant seller and delivery partners
• Process payments and prevent fraud
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests
• Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and — where you've opted in — marketing communications and push notifications
• Improve and personalize our website and app, including product recommendations and search
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions

Mercur Marketplace is a multi-vendor marketplace. When you place an order, we share the information necessary to fulfil it (such as your name, shipping address, and order contents) with the independent seller responsible for that item. Sellers are responsible for handling your information in connection with fulfilling your order and are subject to their own obligations to protect it.

We share personal information with:

• Sellers, solely to fulfil the orders you place with them
• Payment processors, to complete transactions securely
• Shipping and logistics partners, to deliver your orders
• Google and Apple, when you choose to sign in using those services
• Service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, analytics, customer support, and push notifications)
• Law enforcement or regulators, where required by law

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and preferences (such as region and language), and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account as described in Section 8.

Mercur Marketplace is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Mercur Marketplace is based in Armenia. If you access our services from outside Armenia, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in Armenia or other countries where our service providers operate.
