These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mercur Marketplace website and mobile app (together, the "Platform"). By creating an account, browsing, or placing an order on the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Mercur Marketplace operates a multi-vendor marketplace: we provide the platform that connects buyers with independent third-party sellers ("Sellers"). Unless stated otherwise, products are sold by Sellers, not by Mercur Marketplace directly. Mercur Marketplace facilitates browsing, checkout, and payment, but each Seller is responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the quality of their products, and fulfilling orders.

You must create an account to place an order. You can register with an email and password, or via Google or Apple sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and current information when creating or updating your account.

Prices are shown in the currency applicable to your selected region and may include or exclude taxes and shipping, as indicated at checkout. We and our Sellers reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unavailability of stock — in which case you will be refunded any amount already charged.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By placing an order, you authorize the applicable charge to your selected payment method.

Estimated delivery times shown on the Platform are provided by Sellers and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title to items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Return and refund eligibility depends on the Seller's policy for the item purchased and applicable consumer protection law. Where a return is accepted, refunds are issued to your original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Contact customer support or the Seller directly to initiate a return.

Sellers are independent businesses, not employees or agents of Mercur Marketplace. Sellers are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and quality of their listings, and for fulfilling orders in a timely manner. Mercur Marketplace may suspend or remove a Seller who violates these Terms or applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other accounts, or our systems
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Platform (e.g. scraping, spamming, or introducing malicious code)
• Post or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent

The Platform, including its design, logos, and content (excluding Seller listings and product content), is owned by Mercur Marketplace or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

If you sign in using Google or Apple, you authorize us to receive certain profile information (such as your name and verified email) from those providers to create and authenticate your account, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those providers is also subject to their own terms.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mercur Marketplace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a mandatory law of your country of residence provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
